I took my CS exam in LA last Dec.15, and I just found out through the "OASIS trick" that I passed!!!
I thought I would have problems with not doing the heart and lung exams in all my standardized patients, but I guess it was okay. I guess what mattered most is confidence in talking with the patients, and being able to communicate effectively with them. The checklists in the reviewers are mere guides, and are not the most important basis for your score.
