Ach is responsible for REM sleep. Since Parkinsons have more Ach, do they get more REM sleep? Since Alzheimers have less Ach, do they get less REM sleep?

The pons is responsible for REM. In Alz, the Ach is decreased in Nucleus of Meynert. Correct me if i'm wrong.
