15 - 20 days is all you need - look up cases from FA + UW - memorize those D/Ds and Inv. and practice practice practice history - taking (data- collection), examining, counseling etc. with a practice buddy

how many cases ,,are there in books ,,we need to do practice??

First AID and Usmleworld should give you totally about 50-60 cases to work with ...and 80%-90 % of cases asked in the exam have been from these....practice is needed so that you get used to speaking in layman's language, politeness and build a protocol to get fluent with history taking and english...
