hi guys - i took nmbe form 1 this weekend, got a 330  i've looked over my weak spots and have already begun to review...but what should i do?! i have officially 36 more days until i take the test...and i do plan on taking more of the nbme exams (all 4 if i get that chance)...but what more am i to do?!
any advice anyone?
would anyone be willing to discuss these questions with me so to better understand them?

Concentrate on your weaknesses humpf.I took form 2 yesterday and I just focussed on my weaknesses on form 1 and my scores have improved..not much but satisfactory for me.I have a month and almost 10 days to go for the test.I cannot postpone due to some reason.But the fact is taking nbme right now has draw backs.. it can make u over or underconfident as happened with me..I have improved a lot on my weaknesses on form 1 but I have dropped my score in the ones which happened to be my strong points..so I have learned that I have now to focus on everything.U neglect one thing and that becomes your weakness.
Take all forms with scheduled revisions .You must show improvement soon.So keep staring at your performance review on nbme again and again and tell your self..."I got to improve patho or whatever"...BUT DONT STOP REVISING YOUR STRONG SUBJECTS TOO..do a quick revision in 10 or 15 days and take form 2..prepare as if u have real exam in 15 days..then see how u do.YOU MUST SCORE 400 +...to pass..
I am now off to my next revision and at the end of this month,I am taking another test,not nbme may be but some test to see where I stand....
Forget about form 1 and make it a motivation to study even harder for form 2.U can do it

thank you malinda for your support - i will most certainly revise a little bit of everything - but put emphasis on my weaker areas. you're right, there isn't a stronger motivator than to see your score blaring in front of you!
again, if anyone out there would like to go over nbme form 1 - i would love to!

I improved from 330 to 420 in 5 weeks, but my suggestions is not to go in exam until get 450 or above please don't go for it until you get 450 or above.

shakeels, thank you - to know that it is possible to improve that much in about the same amount of time is comforting. i will surely keep it in mind - about scoring at least a 450...it's just that my block ends at the end of feb...i guess we'll see what happens! thanks again...
