Meyer's Loop:

The lateral loop goes to the lingual gyrus.
The medial loop goes to the cuneus.

The lateral fibers pass through the Temporal lobe.
The medial fibers pass throughthe Parietal lobe.

In which lobe are the Cuneus and the Lingual Gyrus located?

both are in the noccipital lobe and constitute part of the visual cortex.

Cuneus lies between the calcarine sulcus and the parieto occipital sulcus. While the lingual lies below the calcarine sulcus

Right.
Although the lateral loop passes through the temporal, and the medial loop passes through the parietal, they both end up in the same place: the occipital lobe.
The lateral loop ends up in the lingual gyrus, and the medial loop ends in the cuneus, both of which are in the occipital lobe.

Another point to remember:
The Lateral loop is from the lower retina and sees the upper visual field.
The Medial loop is from the upper retina and sees the lower visual field.
