1. A 23 year old woman who recently arrived to study in the US from southern India presents with a chronic vulvar ulcer. The lesion began as a papule and then ulcerated. She has had the lesionfor several months. Currently physical exam reveals a painless elevated area of beefy red, friable granulation tissue. She has been sexually active for several years. c. intracellular gm neg bacterium..donovanosis(calymmatobacterium granulomatosis)

Agree with C as well. Piled up granulation tissue is the clue.
