I accepted a pre-match and also received the PD signed Letter of Intent. However, I still did not receive the signed Contract!! Should I withdraw from Match now? Does the letter of intent have any legal binding for each parties? Pls reply. I am desperate to know the answer!!!

try to get the contract. when i took the prematch, i signed the contract directly rather than the letter. try emailing him....so that your communication is written rather than verbal....(just paranoia...but what the hell) good luck

I wish that I was paranoid. Actually, I received unsigned contract. I signed the contract and sent it back already. That contract was signed by me only at this time and it is supposed to be also signed by CEO of that hospital. I am in dilemma right now and do not know if it is safe to withdraw from match. Did you hear that nay unpleasant experience before about the candidate being screwed up after signed letter of intent. I am really worried

Hi coolbaby76, thanks very much for your sincere help! When you signed the contract, did the administration of the hospital or program (PD or chief or president) sign on the contract too? Thanks very much in advance!!!

prematch on H1 visa!....that's great...congrats once again...hope it was from one of ur top choices. i guess u r absolutely right abt step 3 not being a big issue, especially if u have good step 1 and 2 scores....and with premium processing it's much quicker. i'm going for the match...want H1 visa...step 3...end feb. good luck for the exam.....and do post ur experience on step 3 link of this forum.

Hai, The withdrawal from the match is a reversible process. It is as easy to re-enter the match as it is to withdraw. It is not something that you cannot correct. I accidentally withdrew one day andit allowed me to re-enter the match again
