WOF is appproproate for a patient with renal failure:

a. high CHO diet

b. low Vit D diet

c. low fat diet

d. high fiber diet

e. high protein diet

i think high cho diet, dont wanna give him a low vit d diet, he is already not making it, dont give him high protein diet, as the kidneys re failing and will make the situation more worse..

well dariush its not high cholesterol, its high carbohydrate, we would not like to give anything that would increase urea production, hence we avoid the high protein diet for sure...
