Decrease NE in acute-ill bulimics and anorexics. But I will look these hanges primarily as a behavior induced disfunction of NTs rather than a predisposition of NTs disfunctionality. I will incline to a psychotherapeutic treatment mainly with limited support of antidepressants due to their side effect in changes in weight.
