Alzheimers/Dementia: Decreased Ach. What about the other NTs (NE, Dopamine, Seratonin) -Any change?

Yes, it is only Ach. Treatment is to block AchE with Tacrine (cognex) or Donecepil (Aricept).

What other disease has Ach involved in its pathology and tx. I mean is only Ach involved?

The other disease I was referring to was Myastenia Graves. Now elaborate the diagnosis and txs?
