every ccs material that i read advice me to ask "consent for procedure" ( endoscopy, colonoscopy, surgery), ok, but how should i do that ? because when i write consent or informed or accept or what do you want, software can't recognize it.

Hi Vai,
I think,the CCS sof6ware doesnot recognise " consent".So don't worry about it. But in real life in hospitals, we have to take every pt's consent before procedure.

first day and second day was totally different. First day was very tiresome ( my monitor was 15'' and a low refresh i think 60hz- my peripheral visual field still flicker)- q are very like UW q but the blocks are of 48 q so you should rush a little. In my final block when i was the most tired i guy next to me started to read with loud voice, and entire block was all geriatric problems ( my weak point) with text longer than a screen, so i think i did a 20% correct. The second day was child's play, 4 blocks of 35q of very common case. My CCS was all very simple and straightforward except one ( i think tester, i couldn't came to a Dx, but after i treat the symptoms ( not the cause) the Pt improve. I finished all other pts. in up to 10 min, i don't know if i did well or bad but my pts improve and i came to the Dxs. I wished to continue with treatment, follow up and counseling but all my cases finished early in the course of treatment after first improvement( almost all my cases ended in ER or ICU i had no (simulated)time to transfer them on ward or send home ).
good luck, if you have a score of 90's in step 2 ck and is taken in last 6 months you, for sure, will have NO problem.

Let us know when result come out. 2nd day is only 35 each for 1 block? for 45 mins or 1 hr block.

2nd day 4 blocks of 35q each, you have 45 min. for completing one block.
i took exam on 23rd&24th of jan. i hope for a good result before 22 feb. because i want to let my ranked programs know about it before ranking deadline
