osteomylitis & UTI infection--- E COLI

samonella osteo mylitis associated with sickle cell ds.

staph aureus- most common thru hemotogenous spread. in prosthetics.

CYTIC FIBROSIS--RELATED TO PSEUDOMONAS..ONLY/////

On draining sinuses of osteomylitis---risk of sqms cell ca.

Osteomyelitis is ALWAYS (the "boards" fantasy) S.aureus except for Sickle cell = Salmonella or if specifically given other information indicating something else. See rational of Pass program and test writer psychology.

Don't be a "popenjay"

The 90% answer is S. Aureus while Pseudomonas is the most common infecting org in CF!!! Think about it.
