HAVE YOU SEEN "Requirements for Initial Medical Licensure" at this site of FSMB: http://www.fsmb.org/usmle_eliinitial.html
also for e.g. in NY state stateboard website, it says you can take step3 but cannot take the license before 3 yr of residency. does this mean we are not able to have H1B anymore?

Merih... you can get a temporary license in new york... that table is for the permanent license.. just finish step 3 and the lawyer will take care of your paperwork
