we don't have something specific for hashimoto's in the question so the answer should be myxedema.

slowed speech + decrsed intlectual function + CARDIAC involvement these features lead to diagnose MYXEDEMA..

MYXEDEMA can occur from--- throidectomy,,,or hashimoto hypodroidism

CRITINISM occurs in children
