mebendazole-interfereswith parasite microtubules and decreases glucose uptake;



pyrantel-acts like a depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent thus will paralysis of worm.( like succinlycholine)



praziquantel increases permeability of the cell membrane to calcium, which causes tetanic contraction of the trematode muscle and death of the trematode
