Can anybody answer these Q's

1)What is bird fancier's disease?

2)What is situs inversus,in which conditions it is seen?

3) which of the following infectious disease relationships is correct:
a) histoplasmosis: pigeon breeders
b)coccidioidomycosis:in earthquakes
c) cryptococosis:cave explorers
d)blasotmycosis:seen in midwest and south east
e) aspergillosis:workers in textile industries.
The answer to the third Q seems to be B,but D also seems to be correct.

1  Pigeon breeder's lung,
(also called bird fancier's disease), is a hypersensitivity pneumonitis caused by inhalation of proteins contained in serum, droppings and feathers of pigeons and other birds.

2  It occurs in only about one in 7000-8000 people, with situs inversus, the internal organs are on the opposite side from usual. They should have a normal life span without risk of heart problems any more than anybody else.
Some children have only the heart on the opposite (left) side and the rest of the organs in the normal position. Unfortunately most of those children do have heart abnormalities and other health problems.

3 :arrow:Seen in a highly endemic area of north central Wisconsin, USA
so the answer is B.
