ALL are eliminated by kidney,except nafcillin,oxacillin---eliminated in bile


S/E---hypersensitivity,
naf-neutropenia

seizures are possible with poor renal function,



pennicillinase resistant --methicillin, nafcillin, oxacillin, dicloxacillin, cloxacillin



methicillin can cause interstitial nephritis and granulocytopenia

i know only 2--imipenem& meropenem
