can somebody give a link that confirms this - I mean a website that says that it is now computer adaptive....

The exam is NOT computer adaptive. They are working on it but it is not implemented yet. At least thats what the first few pages of firstAid 2003 say...

Hi Dr.Z that is what i know, but there are a lot of guys who spread the news without evidence.

Nope, it's NOT. When you open your test there is 350 questions already SET for you, with a Hidden but specified level of difficulty, according to which they determine how many questions you need to get right for a certain score.
