HELLO I TOOK MY EXAM ON DECEMBER 29 I PASSED.I AM SO SO SO HAPPY.THANKYOU GOD I HAD BEEN SO WORRIED IT WAS VERY TOUGH FOR ME ,I AM A FULL TIME MOM WHO GAVE HER EXAM.GOOD LUCK TO EVERYBODY

Hi Vamsi. Thank u. I didnt get a good score. It's 80. At first I was disappointed but now I have accepted it as Im an old graduate (1999) and prepared for only 6 months.Atleast I dont have to read those step1 books again.That's the relief.
My suggestion for Step 1 ...do not take exam unless you get above 460 on NBME. I got 430 about 3 weeks before the exam and thought i would improve. But i did not.
Genetics and Behavioral Science is what I got on my exam.So work on easy looking BS questions(which are not as easy as they look). Do not underestimate minor subjects like Biochem, Anatomy. and Micro. Points earned on these could save you from failing the exam.

80 is an excellent score sasim.I am so desperate to get an 80 or above that i will be the luckiest person on this earth if God granted me one.You can do observerships,research,get good scores on step 2.Think about the ones who checked oasis and were not lucky enough to even see what you have seen.I will give anything to just have a look at those RED lines everyone talks about.All I have so far is that I am allowed to register..Everything happens for a reason and believe me,there are many like me who are striving so so hard for even an 80..For me it is more than a 99.So start for step 2 with a fresh breath and a satisfaction of mind that YOU DID IT AND U DID IT WELL.
