his complaints are about hearing loss for some time and while physical examining you observe keratoconus deformity at his cornea. At the routine examination of urine, you see (+++) RBC.
What should be the diagnosis ? And how will the prognose be ?

Hey its very nice and pleasure to see another Turkish guy here Mortifera:P

This syndrome really sounds very close to Alport Syndrome ( familial nephritis characterized by hematuria, progressive renal failure, neurosensory hearing loss, and ocular abnormalities)

If so managment would be supportive and medical .
Multidisciplinary approach (Pediatrics, Nephrology, Ophthalmology, Audiology)
Medical management of complications
1. Nephritic Syndrome
2. Nephrotic Syndrome
3. Chronic Renal Failure

Prognosis
1. Males
CRF in 2nd or 3rd decade -> dialysis/transplant
hearing loss
2. Females
normal life span and subclinical hearing loss
hematuria only upon stress or pregnancy
