what kind of questions do they ask during the i-view? What are they looking for in a candidate? Your impressions about a program in general.

General Q like why you like program. what r ur career goals.
program seems good. favorable for img. gives h 1. place nice. friendly people. few fellowships, they prefer their own graduates. university based. ETSU is ranked among top 20 for primary care.
pd is supportive for residents. helps in fellowship as well.
residents seem satisfied. 50% go for fellowships both in etsu and elsewhere.
do u mind sharing ur creentials.

well i interviewd there as well, usual stuff ,, no medical questions,, the thing i feel there is that some of the resident are frustrated who wants to do fellowship because there is no resarch at all.
theree interveiw,,, you have a chance to attend a round with one of the team,, va hospital okies not that great,, area is beautiful but far away,,,,,,,,,
i don't know how to rate it................
small city verses big city wth your relatives and frnd,,,,,,,,,, or to go to that city.. confused
