Is it E?

Quinidine increases AV conduction (difference from Digoxin, which is a vagomimetic) so decreases the PR interval, while its a Class IA Na channel blocker so increases the APD ie prolongs the QT and QRS duration...

yep u guys got it right

the quinidine has antimuscarinic blocking activity and hence increases the conduction thro the av node and this would lead to decrease pr interval
