I came to US by fiance visa, still waiting for my Gc to be approved.as my status is pending for perminant residency(GC), would it cause problem for my residency?am I eligible to apply for residency programs who accept just greencard holders?please help me I have no idea of how they are going to approach me ?Is it better for me to wait for my greencard to get approved then apply for residency programs?

You may be able to get an employment authorization card while you are waiting for your visa. Check with your USCIS office. If you cannot get a card, then you cannot work until you receive your permanent residency.
