is it A?

ok agree with A.

in premature ovarian failure, fsh and lh levels are elevated
in asherman syndrome decreased estrogens, and
in pcos, fsh levels are decreased or normal

well good guys

the only thing u need to know is with progesterone withdrawl u dont get bleeding, but with estrogen and progesterone withdrawl u get bleeding means the endometrium is normal, and problem with ovary, and hence its ovarian failur, that only tells the answer

but with progesterone widral and with estrogen and progesterone withdrawl no bleeding, means problem with endometrium and hence asherman syndome

the other is what Dr. Goljan said, if lh and fsh are high, has to be a problem with the ovary, if lh and fsh re normal, has to be a problem with the endometrium, and lh high has to be pcod
