It is A..one of the examples of Chronic rejection is hyperplasia of intima of Coronary arteries...here leading to blockade of Posterior Descending Artery-> kncking off those bundle branches n' ischemia

yes u got it right

the heart when it rejects after a transplant it is most commonly due to the intimal thickening of the coronar arteries...

do u think other complications can also occur
