i think we enquire abt the kind of sexual practices he has been involved in recently...tht cud gv us some clue with his clinical presentation. correct me plz.

but what about asking how being a gay he thinks is relevant, actually i marked it, thinking its an open endedd question, but was wrong

I'd go with A.

Acute onset abdominal cramping with diarrhea is nonspecific but a persistent rash in a person at risk for unprotected sex might be relevant so A would be the best response, I think.

Anybody else?
