Can anybody have an idea about Step 3 application in New York State?
1-Eventhough, I'm thinking (and hope!!!) a residency in New York, Can I choose Connecticut to apply for step 3?
2-Do I have to go to Connecticut for the exam?
3-After the exam, Is there any problem about applying from different state and beginning a residency in another state?
