In > 60 yrs: Strep Pneumo> Gm -tives> H. Influenzae
In adults (40-45): Strep Pneumo> H. Influenzae> Legionella
Please correct me if I am wrong!

I also agree that in elderly MCC should be strept pneumonia.What about if the q stem adds the word community aquired in addition to elderly?
