Among the 11 invitations for residency I got, one programs has program completion rate of 74%. As this is a 3 year FP program, 74 seems to very low. Also, if this is a small size program, only one quitter makes a big difference in completion rate. In this case I wouldn't worry so much.

But the program size is 10 per each class. Even on Scutwork.com, this programs gets only one star out of five.

My question is "to go or not to go." How do I interpret this number? The completion rate is low because the standards are so high and any resident that doesn't meet them will be kicked out automatically? Or, many residents choose to transfer to other programs?

Also, if you know how I can get the info regarding the passing rate of FP board exam for each program, please let me know.
