is tht possible tht we can rank one hospital without any interviews.

can i paricipate in scramble without having any interviews

You can rank as many programs as you want, but if you have not be ranked by any program (since no interviews took place), the chance of getting matched is nill. People who have had interviews do not always match.

the scramble is a different story. It is all a new ball game, but make sure you have all your documents in ERAS.
