I need advice about studying with a study grp or study partner from the peolpe who have done any of these and how much it is helpful.

Finding a good grp or a study partner is difficult too.Is there any advice for that or just its our luck that we got someone good and equally motivated?

Thanks .

hi OBO,

well.. i had a study partner b4.. actually it was great help, we were both motivated and we helped eachother alot when one of us would feel down the other would support alot, and also the studying plan and being on schedule ... the sad part is unfortunately we both didnt pass the exam .. lol.. i think our mistake was that we didnt study enough time as we did everything in almost 4-5 months so we didnt have enough time to do Qs..

and guess what, i found my study partner through this site grin so if u feel u would be better with study partner or group search for it and u will find for sure, just dont give up..

good luck

it can go either way!

1) some like bouncing there deeper thoughts off someone in the field, exchanging info, with better ways to learn and sythesize the info. one person may know an "easier way" to do something or provide deeper insight into the medical saga. Also it is possible to have "web spiders" in the group who will sit and watch but not contribute very much. some have too many distractions to be in a group.

2)on the other hand you can have the recluse, introvert, who for whatever reason, social barriers, cultural barriers, dealing with femininity, language barriers, money, chooses to study solo. dont get me wrong this is ok if the person absolutely knows that his or her performance is at optimum level studying solo.

Comment:I think the person has to know there CNS and how it works. I found out latter not everyone does not do well socially. In that case they are better off studying solo. If one has at least average social rapport a group may be best. By the way there is a group that finds study partners but I lost the web sight.
