All of these are used in Tx of Sleep apnea. Medroxyprogesterone is a respiratory stimulant used only for central sleep apnea(Cheyne-stokes breathing pattern that develops followed by period of apnea). Therapeutic efficacy is still not proven. In a way (A) is the most correct answer.
