upper lobe cavitiation

psedomonas most common cause for artificial ventilator infection, most common cuse of malignant otitis externa in diabatics,causes green sputum (pyocyanin) and also common in broncheectatic inf of the cystic fibrosis guys.

klebsiella is known to cause pneumonia esp of upper lobe with necrotising upper lobe an caity. it has red current jelly sputum and also common in alcoholics

I think klebsiella is traditionally defined to produce "consolidation", not necessary cavitation, which is associated more with tissue necrosis
