Is the usmle's content outline helpful?

i am very excited to find the place.it's really heplful
i got a few questions,could anybody answer them for me?

1.is the content outline listed by usmle helpful in prep4usmle?
2.can i retake step1 if i pass it with only a very low score.
3.as a non-native english speaker,need i read all the english-written textbook when i have already studied those textbooks written by chinese.
or just concentrate on review books will be ok?

No, if you pass the exam, that's it - that's your score.

Just concentrate on review books and do lot of questions.
