If you already passed Step 1 and Step 2CK, you will automatically received your certificate after passing the step 2CS (you do not have to do anything). Usually it will take less than one month for you to receive the certificate. For me, I took CS on 07-12, got pass result 08-30, and received certificate on 09-05. It came as a Fedex package. Good luck!
PS, if you are applying for the California letter, do not forget to ask ECFMG to report your certificate.

i am very sorry if you misunderstood me, that JOKE it wasn't addressed to you, it was a respons to ELM's ignorance. You probably didn't read whole post or it was my fault because i was a little ambiguous to who i was addressing. I really liked your post and i understand your angry with so tension around the matching process. Let's try to be a little relaxed, yesterday a thread was close today you made me retard and maybe you are right. Many friends told me "man you are nuts", i don't know at what they do refer  maybe to my father's nuts that produce spermatozoids that live more than 6 days or like you say i am a crazy retard on the way to become a doctor like you also.
