Blood pH: 7.11 - 7.36
PCO2: 27 - 40 mmHg
PO2: 8 - 24 mmHg

PO2 supposedly comes up from that low value within a day but still stays at a low of ~54 mmHg.

well learnt them from Kaplan itself, so they will be exact to that 
not sure abt bicarb...but surely it will be lower than adults too!
