Breast cancer still has the worst prognosis.
Prostate ca has much less prognosis than breast cancer
Endometrial cancer prognostic factors include uterus bleeding and hysterectomy may "cure" the cancer if it is a local disease

In prostate cancer, the prognostic factor is Gleason scores !
If I misunderstood the question, then it should be which cancer has the worst outcome?
Prognosis=outcome
So the answer still is breast cancer but depends on the stage if the breast cancer is less than 2 cm and confined within the ductal
area.
But if the prostate cancer has distant met.
The question does not make sense at all !
