exercise increases the lactate and local vasomediators opening up the lcal arterioles in the peripheral circulation.so decreased peripheral resistance. local mediators and decresed ph also cause inc vascular permiability so inc vasular filteration and also due to opening up. as more filteration more lymph forms and more draining into lymphatic duct.

one more point, when we do exercise, say a limb exercise, then the limb vasculature will have decreased periheral resisstance, but rest of the whole body will have increased peripheral resistance but idf u do whole body exercise, as msyamp said, the peripheral r in the whole body decreases, this just explains the funda, that when we exercise, the vasodilatory mediators increase like adenosine and they increase the permeability, and also as the exercising muscle, needs more nutrients, and hence more more blood supply, it will decrease its total peripheral resistance
