carotid sinus responds to high increase in bp. so it wont lead to decrease. so nt a

mean arterial pressure will increase

parasympathetic will increase with rise in bp. but as he already haslow bp now it keep quiet.

increased heart rate doesnt occur with raise in Bp.

sympathetic stimulation increases here because the patient is now changig from a uncompesated state to compensated state so shud rise symp stimulation

i may be wrong

I agree with you even is from kaplan i think they meant A) to be : Increase firing of baroreceptors in the carotid sinus through IX. Well we are humans and even Kaplan can have mistakes, don't you think? this is from Physio Qbank also

The ans is A and Kaplan is right...the pt initialy had low pressure but once fluid administraton begins, BP rises and the firing rate decreases
