If the q stem asks a skin infection with lymphadenopathy and a history of cat contact,how can we differentiate between pasteurella multicoda and bortonella?shaking head

pasturella multocida can even be caused by licking of dog or cats, there will be regional lymphadenopathy present here

bartonella hensalae, can be caused by scratch of the cat...

and clinical prsentation bartonella can present with bacillary angiomas.

even tularemia come fro cat bite. right? how do you diffentiate?

well in bartonella hensalae, or cat scratch disease, the patient might evn notice the scratch and may present with a draining lymph node, and it will have granulomas in the lymph node

tularemia, is mostly in people who do skinning of rabbits, c`aused by francisella tularensis, it can be caused by a tick bite and the tick is dermacentor
