yes thats true
may be u know this, that the obstruction hanece the bile cant flow, and hence conjugated bilirubin which is water soluble cant reach the feces, but by the backlog the bilirubin does get spilled back into the blood and reaches the urine, and henc ethe urine gets dark and the feces re pale in colour
