Due to the liver problem, there is increased CB in the blood, and also there is decreased Enterohepatic circulation, so therefore Increased UBG in blood and increased UBG in urine.
This leads to an increased Conjugated Bili AND increased UBG (Urobilinogen) in the urine. So, which one is actually responsible for the dark urine? I know UBG is responsible for the urine (and feces color), but in this case, isn't it both CB and UBG that contribute to the urine color? Why do you say its Urobilinogen only Geroo?

Also why Dark Feces??? In Hepatic Jaundice, there is a problem like hepatitis, tumor, etc and the Unconj. Bili can't get into the liver and the Conj. Bili can't get into the bile ducts to enter the intestines. So therefore UCB increases in the blood, and also whatever CB is left in the liver, spills out into the blood. No CB is able to go to the intestines to be converted to UBG which is responsible for the color of feces.
So it can't be dark feces.
(Please correct me if I'm wrong.)
This topic is confusing and I really appreciate all your help. smiling face
