hey guys usmleworld covers so many infections as part of infectious diseases. Are we actually supposed to know so many? kaplan has so few

hi,i agree with you,i just did uw infectious diseases,and that kaplan notes is not enough ,probably u need to use cmdt with that ,for reference ,but couple of my friends have told that the explanations in uw and the notes should be enough
