name few enz which are dephosphorylated and inactive

  #2

usualy hormones that degradate something are active when phosphorilated
e.g.
glycogen phosphorylase (degradates glycogen to Glc-6-P)
hormone-sensitive lipase (converts TAGs into glycerol and FFA)

usually hormones that synthetize something are inactive when phosphorilated
e.g.
glycogen synthase (glycogen synthesis)
HMG CoA reductase (cholesterol synthesis)
Acetyl CoA carboxylase (fatty acids synthesis)
