INCRESED INSULIN in well fed staet--inc no. of plasma memb GLUT4 transporters.

During excercise. GLUT4 transcolation to cell memb is stimulated. BUT this effect is INDEPENDANT OF INSULIN involves 5' AMP activated kinase
