Which cervical/thoracic roots give rise to all the nerves in the brachial plexus

Brachial plexus is from C5 to T1 but which roots go to which nerves...
Please tell for the following nerves:
musculocutaneous, axillary, radial, median, ulnar.

5 MAJOR BRANCHES

MUSCUL n..C5,C6,C7

Axillary n-- C5 C6

RADIAL N- & MEDIAN nerves C5--- T1

ulnar n - C8,T1



ROOTS=

C5,C6, root level.--muculocutaneous n ( upper trunk)..

C8-T1 roots- ULNAR nerve-( lower trunk)
