No:Where do you see dura on this picture?It is below the haematoma-So it can not be subdural hematoma,in that case the dura would be on top of the hematoma,usually lacerated. This is epidural hematoma,results from laceration in a.meningea media,so the dura is basically intact and you can easily see it. Subarahnoid hemorhagge looks like the picture below,it is intraparenchymal and not on surface.It results mostly from ruptured berry aneurisms of Willis circle.
