hi, could anyone who knows about such programs please help me out. I have also heard of programs that go outside of the match, ex: they would offer a 4th yr rotating med student a residency spot if they like him. If you know of either of them, pleae let me know. I live in ny so id prefer ny, nj, ct, pa and others close by, but please let me know either way. Thanks,
