NO IN ISOLATED PDA ONE WILL NOT GET THAT UNTILL EISENMINGER DEVELOPS ANY THIS IS TOO EARLY FOR THAT. IN INFANTILE AORTIC COARTATION, THERE WILL BE DIFF CYYANOSIS WITH ASSOCIATED PDA. WHERE IS THE OBSTUCTION .POST DUCTAL OR PREDUCTAL?

it is b, infantile form of coarctation of aorta and as msyamp said it is preductal

postductal is seen in adults preductal is also associated with turners syndrome
