yes the MC bacterial STD is chlamydia but herpes n hpv r more common here.

the highest incidence is HPV
highest prevalence is HSV2
most commonly reposted in females is chlamydia most commonly reported in males is gonorrhoea.....going by this the answer should then technically be HPV since its incidence is the highest and so the most common????
